* Not properly insulated not good for cold weathers
* Heavier than plastic crates
Advantages of Large Plastic Dog Crates:
* Most of them are airline approved
* Provide better insulation ideal for cold weathers
* Quite close offering privacy thus avoiding the whining and barking of your buddy
* Lighter than wire crates
Disadvantages of plastic dog crates:
* Plastic can cause smelly odors over time and worse it is hard to remove.
* Harder to clean compared to wire crates
* Cannot be folded, not ideal for storage.
* Lesser ventilation compared to wire crates
